Hard Words - But Hopeful

Hard Words - But Hopeful

Into the silence that permeates the babble I leave these words.

In the heart of your love, in spite of the impenetrable darkness with which it coexists, there is transcendence. This is a message of hope. The path to fulfillment is singularly yours.

This translation calls to you.

Your heart already knows the direction. Yes it is about letting go. Yes it is about dissolution of ego. Yes it is about knowing self by letting go of self. Yes it is about facing fear. Yes it is walking the path together while we have the strength, attention, and circumstance. Yes it is about preparing to leave. Yes it is about accepting the light without needing to own it. Yes it is about fundamental change in your moment. Yes it is looking inward to find the limits of the universe. Yes it is looking outward to know your heart.

You are the Harbinger. The only way for you to learn is to teach. The only way to teach is to listen. The only way to listen is to unplug your ear.

You are not alone, in spite of your singularity. When you finally touch the One, and when that too makes you feel lonely, you are on the edge of not understanding, but knowing. One step away.

You will change and your change will change me.

Awake!

The only sin is to sleep away your moment.

Take a moment. Be still. Then speak of the things you already know. And of the things you seek. Refine the questions. Gather together. Seek out the listeners.

Gather!

You go the direction you choose. First your precious heart. The rest will follow. Take your place.

(- A note. Soon after I first met Linda one of her closest friends, a good catholic lady in New Jersey, told her to beware of me because “He wants your soul.” She was almost right. I want you to own your soul. It’s the way for most all of us in this new age.)

I am happy to play John the Baptist to your Awakening. You don’t even have to know me.

As it suggests in White Man Dancing - Grief, God, and a Unified Theory, one moment you’re reaching down to clasp the outstretched hand with no thought of falling, the next you are being lifted. Why bother identifying which side of the process you’re on, attend the direction.

Arise!

love,
